Here are a few pics from the Hog Island Oyster Farm. The shoot is part of a project that focuses on sustainable seafood. Of course, no hormones, antibiotics, dye injections, or other additives are part of this food. They just put ’em in the bay, shake ’em every few weeks and they kinda grow themselves by filtering the bays water. I have to say the oysters I had up there were the best I’ve tasted. Yummy yummy!
