Well….after several months of focusing most of my attention on teaching digital workflow seminars, giving private classes, and working in the office, I’m happy to say I’m finally getting my butt off my chair and am getting out into the field again to shoot. Weird isn’t it? A photographer that takes pictures…….
Off the chair and into Hog Island…….
Even better, is that I’m off my chair documenting the Hog Island Oyster Co. in Tomales Bay about an hour north of the Golden Gate bridge. The focus of the shoot is to document a source of sustainable sea food. First, I love oysters, raw or cooked. But I have to say that the oysters I tried today were easily the best ever, and to my surprise, owner Terry Sawer recommended the extra small pacific oysters. Usually I order half-shells and get really big ones to wolf down. These extra smalls were freakin delicious though!! Pics to come soon……..
