Just Back from God’s Pocket

I recently returned from another great trip to God’s Pocket (godspocket.com)—one of my favorite places to visit and dive.  I admit, we had a couple obstacles this time around. We had a bit of weather, which didn’t effect our diving, and the Canadian Marine Transit Authority was an hurdle for a day, but the trip … Continue reading Just Back from God’s Pocket

Aahhh, I’m feeling happy.  I recently got my hands on the Leica S, a Leica 70mm, and a Leica 30mm.  Big thanks to Sean Cranor, Dan Leto, and Leica Store San Francisco for your help.  I’m anxious to put a portfolio together from this lovely little toy. Happy!

Well, I’m writing a book.

I haven’t kept this a secret, but I also haven’t officially announced it either… I’m excited, nervous, proud, afraid, numb, and totally happy to announce that I recently partnered with publisher Focal Press (www.focalpress.com) to produce a book on Lightroom and digital workflow.  Focal Press is a leader in producing books on media technology, and … Continue reading Well, I’m writing a book.

Blogging schmogging…

So, admittedly I’ve produced diddly-squat in my news/blog section lately.  Or, for a more accurate admission, I’ve been lazy, haven’t cared, been distracted, been busy with my daughter, traveled some, and have been busy.  Plus… I’ve been busy. With that said, I feel like I have developed a lot to say over the last several … Continue reading Blogging schmogging…
